Audio Card not detected

Have installed Q4OS Gemini 4.7 with SecureBoot enabled. Intallation went smooth without any problems.
There is however an issue: My Audio Card is not detected?
My PC is a Lenovo IdePad 3, Intel Pentium Gold 7505 @ 2.00GHz 4096 MB.
Any assistance with this would be appreciated
