Changing keyboard encoding

I just installed the tde version of Q4OS on a 32 bit portable in the default English language. All went well and the machine is running. But I need to change just the keyboard to ES (Spanish) and I just don't find any way to do it. Can please anybody give me a cue?

Click to the left direction arrow in the system tray > Right click on the keyboard layout icon > Configure
