This may seem far-fetched, but is it possible to have Classic shell on Q4OS?

Or even better, how about PortableApps.Com's menu on Q4OS... : )

Okay. Just so you know that the shutdown buttons don't work. I just closes out the app. I hope to find a command to shutdown and add that as a shortcut to the menu.

You don't need to
You already have Whiskermenu for XFCE desktop environment.
Even Q4OS has it's own start Menu from TDE Desktop Environment.
Each DE has it's own start Menu differently so you can't expect Classic Shell to develop on Linux DE.
If you wan to badly only you can get GNoMenu from Zorin.
However jimdunn's idea was interesting.

I was talking about linux have XFCE which windows 7-8.1 users wanted.
OTOH Q4OS has it's own start menu which XP users wanted.
I do not talk anytrhing about mixing DE since the beginning.

Sorry for the late reply, but how do I install GnoMenu? I've been having trouble with this for a while.
