How to Restore dual boot Q4OS and Sparky Linux
Good Morning after running an update I lost my dual boot system and I am not able to access SparkyLinux except from Live USB, of course I'm a newbie and any insight or tip will be highly appreciated, Thank you!

You can just run from terminal:
$ sudo update-grub
and reboot
