installing Q4OS on windows

Hi,
Is it possible to install Q4OS on windows from a downloaded iso.
I tryed the given programme q4os-winsetup.zip,  but it needs connection to install from repository.
I want to do it from a local iso.

Yes, you can manage that. Download the "q4os-3.0-x64-loop.img.xz" file from Q4OS repository https://sourceforge.net/projects/q4os/files/stable/
Run Windows command prompt "cmd" and run:

q4os-winsetup.exe --dimagepath=c:\<fhe_full_path_to_the_downloaded_xz_file>\q4os-3.0-x64-loop.img.xz
