Sourceforge blocked downloads

Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a nice life!

I need to download Q4OS 32bit and since I had the OS' SF page bookmarked tried that first, turns out I can't download or do anything else in that site because of US sanctions as stated in new SF terms and conditions https://slashdotmedia.com/terms-of-use/:

Users residing in countries on the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control sanction list, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Sudan and Syria, may not post Content to, or access Content available through, SourceForge.net. Slashdot Media handles user Registration Data in accordance with the Sites’ Privacy Policy.

Is there any other way than using a vpn to download it? .

Thanks. I downloaded it using protonvpn but I will contact you so to have more options.

Seems SF changed its mind and I'm able to use the site again without a VPN or any of that sort.
