lsb-release file to give grub more meaningful information

I am always struggling to identify my Q4OS installation from the grub menu when another OS controls it, I have placed a lsb-release file in mine to now identify the OS as Q4OS rather than just Debian Buster/Bullseye which makes it more obvious from the boot menu, Below are the files I used which simply need to be saved as /etc/lsb-release.

For Centaurus

PRETTY_NAME="Q4OS Centaurus"
DISTRIB_ID=Q4OS
DISTRIB_RELEASE=3.11.2-n1
DISTRIB_CODENAME=Centaurus
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Q4OS V3 Centaurus"

For Gemini

PRETTY_NAME="Q4OS Gemini"
DISTRIB_ID=Q4OS
DISTRIB_RELEASE=4.0.1-n1
DISTRIB_CODENAME=Gemini
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Q4OS V4 Gemini"

It would be great if Q4OS could identify itself better to grub when it is not the controlling OS, and for the sake of < 150 bytes I think it would be very worthwhile.

Yes, we will check a possibility to make this change in Q4OS. First we need to investigate some possible consequences, so please be patient.

I'm sure there is no rush for this, so thank you for considering it. smile
