upgrade issue (SOLVED)

Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a nice life!

Today I open konsole and ran update & upgrade and got this error

I removed the problematic pkg and tried again but it didn't worked. Cleaning apt's cache and running update & upgrade again, no joy. I thouhgt maybe that pkg was damaged and downloaded it from here https://packages.debian.org/buster/libopenmpt0 and attempted to install it but got this

loading files list file for package 'q4os-swcentre': cannot open /var/lib/dpkg/info/q4os-swcentre.list (structure needs cleaning)
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

I tried removing "q4os-swcentre.list" and got this

rm: cannot delete '/var/lib/dpkg/info/q4os-swcentre.list': Structure needs cleaning

Tried a few other things  but none worked. By structure it means HDD's? Do I need to run fsck? Any help/advice is much appreciated. BTW, my system's in Spanish so I just translated that, hope the wording is correct.

Well, turns out the filesystem was indeed corrupted/damaged; I rebooted and got some errors, something related to init was missing and the system wouldn't boot, fortunately, I'd have just created a snapshot with luckybackup so I applied that and it fixed it, kind of, the system booted but some apps won't work, mainly chromium which if run from konsole:

Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../sysdeps/x86_64/dl-machine.h: 538: elf_machine_rela_relative: Assertion `ELFW(R_TYPE) (reloc->r_info) == R_X86_64_RELATIVE' failed!

I'm using firefox which I have around. Also, all my favorites are gone from KDE menu; I marked them again, rebooted, gone again. I think I might have to reinstall the whole think just to make sure everything works as expected. Unless someone can give me some better advice on how to fix that.

Removing & reinstalling chromium fixed it, but now I'm facing a new issue. While chromium was being installed got this:

dpkg: warning files list file for package 'q4os-swcentre' missing, assuming package has no files currently installed.

There are several lines for quite a few other pkgs too, everything's working fine though. I googled that hoping to find a solution and found this https://gist.github.com/jeffersfp/33037 … 057930c81b some people commented it worked for them, however, it looks like this script will reinstall every single pkg which I rather not so it seems like reinstalling might be the only option left for me.

I managed to fix those issues, still getting the "dpkg warning" message but now only for 2 packages; grep and cli-shell-utils. There were 65 before. Favorites on KDE menu won't stick after rebooting, which is annoying. Apart from these, everything's working fine.
