Desktop in Q4OS TDE
How do I change the background in Q4OS with TDE. please? I cannot find any folders with backgrounds,
or any application that addresses the background for the desktop.

Right mouse click on the desktop > Configure desktop ..
or
Control panel > Appearance and themes > Background
