Q4 Audio - repair?

Hello,
under Knoppix my audio works fine.

My Q4 installation I can use the audio only via the headset.

Q4 HW-Info

Audio:
     Device-1: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD/ATI] SBx00 Azalia vendor: Biostar Microtech Intl Corp driver: snd_hda_intel v: kernel bus ID: 00:14.2 chip ID: 1002:4383
     Device-2: NVIDIA GP104 High Definition Audio vendor: ZOTAC driver: snd_hda_intel v: kernel bus ID: 01:00.1 chip ID: 10de:10f0
     Sound Server: ALSA v: k4.19.0-9-amd64

Has Q4 some Audio Diagnostic tools, so I can test it?

How I can repair my audio?

Is dolby 5.1 also possible via Q4?

I found it:

1 Chrome - start Youtube-Video
2 Pulse Audio Control
3 Play - Chrome - switch to GP104
