GPT Q4OS installtion program?

Hello,
the Q4OS installation program in the partion section offers the button change partion table to GPT (instead of MBR).

Will GPT work?
Or is the script behind Q4OS installation program hard coded to MBR only?

I don't managed to run a Q4OS installation with GPT technology behind the screens.

Q4OS should work fine with both.
