no puedo actualizar

hola, hace unos meses que lo instale y anda bastante bien, pero no puedo actualizar el sistema, No se de que me perdi. Como o que tendria que  hacer? y tampoco nunca me aviso que tengo alguna actualizacion.

Well download hardinfo but it does not say much, ja was spent to make an operating system but the name does not appear.

As I remember, install the Trinity version, I think the middle one, which has few programs.

Can you open a terminal and post the output of

sudo apt update
