Is it possible to download and install Fluxbox WM from Muon, log out, and then log in to Fluxbox but with the apps and features of Q4OS in place? I can log in and log out of Fluxbox easily enough but once I'm in I can't do anything because none of the applications work. Basically, I'd like the full desktop profile Q4OS with Fluxbox WM.
I'm running Q4OS Plasma 3.10.3

Must be something to do with Q4OS as Ive used Fluxbox with Debian before with no issues. Installed it, chose Fluxbox just for the session and went to menu and all apps were available to use in Debian.

We have performed a short test. Installed pure Debian using the Debian KDE live image "debian-live-10.3.0-amd64-kde.iso", reboot, install Fluxbox "sudo apt install fluxbox", login into Fluxbox desktop. Fluxbox menu features X applications only, no LibreOffice, no Graphics applications, nor others, the same as in Q4OS Plasma.
So we conclude, this is not Q4OS, but Debian issue. Anyway, we will investigate it in more depth.

Ive seen Fluxbox look amazing for such a lightweight WM and have always thought that Q4OS could spawn an super light version with a choice of WM's [say FB, OB, i3]
We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.

Sounds great to me! I just discovered LDD Linux (see link below) but it's far below the quality, beauty and user-friendliness of Q4OS.
