For a while now I have been trying to create a bootable usb in q4os, try the dd and cp command, and it doesn't work, my bios doesn't recognize the usb as a bootable disk, try to install unetbootin but it doesn't run despite giving it permissions , I also tried with g-nome disks and my bios does not recognize it either.
thanks.

If this is an old machine it is possible that it cannot boot from usb, you could try burning the image to cd/dvd to see if that works.

Or try Plop:

I work with older hardware a lot and Ive run into hardware that does support booting by USB but the USB 2.0 device is not seen on a USB 1.1 port. It should be ok but many times it simply doesnt. Thats when I go to a livedvd and do it that way. Its easy, fast and well supported, no jumping thru hoops.

Unless of course you don't own a machine that has an optical drive in order to create a CD/DVD...

Most older hardware has a cd/dvd drive but he can always make a live cd/dvd using another system, maybe a friend can help. With no info on what hardware hes using, its hard to comment.

my computer doesn't have a disk drive, I already tried the dd and cp command, and when it tried to install unetbootin, it throws me an error that I don't have the libpng12-0 library installed, I try to install it but it doesn't work, I have a canaima , It is a computer of the State of Venezuela

The Canaima laptop in fact uses the Canaima open source operating system, which is based on Debian. If this is the educational laptop version handed out in Venezuela youll have a hard time getting a different operating system installed let alone run a live usb/dvd on the system. The bios is locked down and the hardware has built in limitations.

I already have it unlocked, As I said before I have Q4OS installed, I usually use unetbootin but it won't let me run it because I don't have the libpng12-0 library, and it won't let me add it, I know that the bios for usb works, but so far it has only run using unetbootin and Rufus, but I don't have access to a Windows PC because of quarantine to use rufus.

You could try installing balena-etcher, I know it runs in q4os (I have it on my q4os machine). It's basically just a gui frontend to dd, but it's always worked well for me.
