I can't upload my forum avatar wich is a 60x60.png - 15,3 ko- The file is too large for the server .What can i do please ?

You could use convert to resize the image very slightly to allow uploading, see the man page for usage (man convert) but a typical example would be

convert example.png -resize 200x100 example.png

Ufw is enable and ufw limit ssh/tcp.Maybe the firewall?

You should have resized it smaller, original size was 60x60 and so you need to make the new size smaller, maybe 55x55 will work? And I don't imagine firewall will have any relevance here.

sudo ufw disable doesn't work.The problem isn't my firewall.Maybe a short text description of my avatar in the signature would be better...

I tried to upload a desktop screenshot 1,3 Mo to the -show us your desktop section- and this was blocked too so i don't know .I have got a good internet connection,well...

Your avatar will need to be smaller, the limit is 10Kb, so if you reduce it further (maybe 40 or 45 pixels) then the size will reduce accordingly.

If you want to post a screenshot, the easiest way is to use a web image hosting service, I use imgur but there are many available, and then just post the link to it.

I'm not very easy with gim or inkscape so i downloaded it from https://www.iconninja.com/ 48x48.png 2,8 ko

I choose caseimages for web hosting image wich is french and allright for my needs
