Need the help of computer literate people

I have not found a way to work for me from this post.https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1137
I wanted to find a way to get a bootable USB to reboot the computer,as it was locked and I had no password,but not yet.Or there are other ways?

Did you download the iso image?

If so have you tried writing the image to the usb device?

And if so what problems occurred?

I have downloaded iso from Microsoft and burned it to an usb,but my computer didn't recognize it,i was using Rufus.
