Following my research for a very lightweight internet browser (https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2803), it appears the NetSurf browser would be a perfect companion in a small installation of Q4OS.
The problem is: the version of NetSurf available from the repos is an old one, version 3.6 dating back to 2016. The current version is 3.9, released last month, but only available as source code (https://www.netsurf-browser.org/).
Any possibility that this more recent version could be compiled, built and made available to Q4OS users?
Thanks.

You could always compile it yourself and create a Q4OS installer for it, there are some basic instructions for the Q4OS installer on the Documentation pages. I used it for creating installers for my little apps (in the Tips and tutorials section).

Yea... I could always. Would be the way to learn how to do it.
However, I am afraid I'd have to spend much too much time on this... and I am not ready for that yet! There are still too many things I don't understand in the Linux world.
