Snap application

Hello all i need some help when i install snapcraft software i hav the following error (99) (cannot find required base "core18")
i dont understand why, i hav allready install snapd and after reboot it doesnt work, and i'm not able to install any snap, hav someone a solution of this problem please (sorry if my english is not perfect)
