Thought I'd submit a desktop wallpaper I did, for Q4OS. Not as creative as the others posted here, but what the heck. It's a re-branding of an old wallpaper I did for Commodore computer users a few years ago.

Looking at it now, the Q4OS logo does have a slight resemblance to the old Commodore logo.

Looks good DavidB! Just mentioning "old Commodore" fired up the way-back machine in my head. A guy that lived next door had one, and we spent hours playing (some game). I can't remember the name of the game, but it was awesome!

Yes, I still adore my C64. Up until the time we moved out here, to the homestead, and living (for the most part) off the grid, I used my C64 regularly. These days, we're a little to busy, running a homestead, for me to do much computer-type stuff. But, also, now that we're trying to provide as much of our own power as possible, the ol' 64 is a little too much of a power hog to use it for very long. Not to mention, we really don't have the room for it, at the moment.

But, for now it's all stored away until someday when I may get around to setting up and using it again.

MC, on your Neon Q4OS logo wallpaper if would be nice if they were branded for each profile. For example ??

Yes, you can display my wallpapers. The site looks pretty good so far.

- Just make sure the Q4OS Team is OK with this. It's their logo.

MC, Thanks for lallowing me to place your designs on the design site ! When this site is done, should be a great looking site.

I did run it by Q4OS Team before hand and they only ask that their original art work not be used on any site or in my own personal work, i.e., custom boot CD's and the kdialog Q4OS Installers I am creating. Very reasonable on Q4OS Team's part that is for sure.

I intend to place each authors work under a sub-section of each topic, i.e., Wallpapers --> MC. Can change this layout if anyone wants it to be different.

When I do graphics, I get started and then its like a blob movie - it all just starts to blend together and go down hill from that point.

But ! I have coined what 4OS truly means and its in this below Wallpaper

I dlded the Q4OS wallpapers via command line. It says it's the newest version. I can't seem to find the folder to add them to my desktop. The only folder I have is the ones I've dlded from the wallpaper archive. How do I add the Q4OS wallpapers to my rotation...?
After further research I found the folder that they are in... /opt/trinity/share/wallpapers/ They look AWESOME.!!!

Those are interesting but could be a little distracting if you use a lot of icons on the desktop. Have to give them a try.
