Upgrading from 3.7 Testing to final stable release

Hi folks!

Can anyone confirm if I installed 3.7 testing release, then later on can i update it to final stable release of 3.7?

I'm short on bandwidth, so I do not want to download again.

You should be fine with the installation as all packages will be updated through normal update procedure and it should "seamlessly" become the Stable version.
