Problem on compaq evo N1005v with scorpion2.7

Hi everyone,
I installed q4os 2.7 scorpion  32 bit on an old compaq evo N1005v (amd ahlon xp)with installation cd.
After installing the sistem work but while  it charges grafical ui it seems to hibernate every 10- 12 seconds!
The same problem using the live cd .
The sistem unsleep after clicking space bar(___), but il re-sleep with black screen after the same time.
After clicking space bar I see for a few seconds a message about unattended upgrades so i uninstalled it.
After it there is no better or worse behavior
the screen before unsleep changes...

Some kernel module crashes hard. It looks most likely a hardware failure.
