Windows 98 Theme for KDE Plasma

The theme switcher and Windows 98 theme for TDE is amazing. Now that Q4OS has a KDE Plasma version, can you port the Windows 98 theme to KDE Plasma?

Here's a screenshot of the theme in TDE. I would appreciate it if you guys ported this to KDE Plasma:

That would be cool. As a windows and linux dev I appreciate having similar functionality in the same place on both platforms.  Life is complex enough your computer menuing scheme should not be.
