Centaurus 3.5 Trinity - Desktop icon behaviour 10 seconds after login

This may just be down to debug code.

I noticed that approx 10 seconds after login the desktop icons twitch very slightly - this happens no matter what combination of Lock, Alignment to Grid is used.
In Desktop>Advanced Text Width is set to auto but it does it when set to a value as well.

On my system I have the scaling set at 102 and the result is a little more interesting

On login the text for icon for My Documents shows as shortened with an elipsis.

After 10 seconds it twitches to a 2 line entry with the full name showing.

What puzzles me is what is taking so long for this to happen.

Yes, we can confirm such a behavior. That looks like the "kdesktop" process waits for a few seconds after a login, and thereafter refreshes desktop and rearranges icons. We don't know the exact background of session initialization process, so have no idea, why that happens. It would be a question rather for Trinity developers, as it's apparently an attribute of the plain Trinity desktop. We guess, it might be reported as a bug at the Trinity site.
