Update Nvidia driver to 4xx

Any plans to do this soon?  Sometime in the last few months I noticed a drop in performance for my Nvidia Optimus graphics where things started getting choppy.  Anything in the works?  I'm using Centaurus.

You could try the drivers direct from Nvidia but I doubt there would be much support available, I noticed that the sid repo has 410.93-2 and experimental has 415.27-1 so it might be possible that 410 could be available in testing (Centaurus) soon, or it will very likely be backported soon after Buster becomes stable.
