Change where window opens on screen

I searched and could not find an answer. Perhaps, I do not know how to form the question.

In any case, I do not like the fact that when I click on an "My Documents" it opens Konqueror positioned in the most upper right hand corner of the screen. I would like it to open in the last position or centered on the screen.

How do we change this?

You could fiddle with a window setting for an application:
Click on the application icon in the top-left window corner, a menu opens > click "Configure window behavior" > Moving > set "Placement" combobox.

or:
Click on the application icon in the top-left window corner, a menu opens > click "Configure window behavior" > Window decorations > Window manager > set "Command line arguments for Twin ..."
For Twin command line arguments, please see:
$ twin --help-all
You need to set the "--geometry" argument to position the window.
