Dell precision M4500

Hello I got a dell precision M4500 with the keyboard backlit. Under Q4os Centaurus, I can't get this function to work. It's okay in the bios, it works with another distribution. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, we cannot test it on the hardware in question. We can only recommend you to search and follow Debian Buster specific instructions and troubleshooting, as Q4OS Centaurus is Debian Buster actually. It's also possible to try some common recommendations for Linux, for example see:
