Why 2058?
New Pinebook 1080p, running Q4OS/TDE as adminq.
Whenever I boot up, the system date is set as 2058.
I have to go to the Control Panel/Date & Time to set it to 2018.
Why?

You need to fix hardware clock, so run in terminal:
$ sudo date -s "2018-11-28 10:00:00"
