and the authors' page doesn't show a download link

kde-spectacle would be my choice. If in anything other than plasma5, Shutter is my go to screenshot application, but spectacle with plasma5 is even slightly better IMO, but of course only integrates well with plasma.

Not that i haven't tried any before, but Q4OS is the 1st to have me going on with it for more than a couple of days.
