Can you add Dropbox to Q4OS? (Scorpion).
I've looked in the Synaptic Package Manager but it is not clear to me.
I have Dropbox in Windows 7 - can the same Dropbox be syncronized in Q4OS?

I haven't tried Dropbox in Scorpion as I hardly ever used it, although if I recall there was a Q4OS-Installer for it in Orion. The Dropbox website provides a deb package for installation, but it does say for Ubuntu which might cause issues. Maybe the devs would be able to create a Q4OS-Installer (if the package is ok to use) in the near future.
If you wanted to try the deb package from Dropbox website you could report here if it works so others would benefit too.

You can also try to install 'nautilus-dropbox' package from repositories https://packages.debian.org/stretch/nautilus-dropbox. It will install the the proprietary dropbox binary from dropbox.com, so it could be available as a separate desktop application.

Thanks to you both.
I'll try soon

The nautilus-dropbox method looked easiest - and there were no problems installing it. It is now syncing...
Thanks!
