I have a dual boot system (actually 2) and they both run Q4OS.
When I reboot from Q4 to any other OS the time is wrong and I have to keep updating it.
Is there a way to setup the clock/time so that no matter what OS I use it will keep my local time and not keep changing?

Q4OS will synchronize the time automatically using NTP, if connection is available. It will only synchronize, but not update hardware (BIOS) time, you have to set correct time in BIOS manually for other OS.
You can additionally change local timezone in Q4OS in terminal:
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

Maybe DaNorby's issue is connected with how Linux and Windows interpret UTC time?
