Booting Alongside Windows 10 help please

Hello, I am new to Q4OS but not New to Linux Distros! I run Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, Mint, SharkBSD,Fedora,Etc.

So My First Question is why does it boot into Shell Login rather than GUI ?

The first Boot of Q4OS it booted into GUI Login

Any Help ?

It may be graphics drivers

I logged in at the shell, typed startx and it failed "permission denied", but looking at the xorg.log I found:

(WW) glamor requires at least 128 instructions (64 reported)

which I think is a driver error - so I made sure it was connected by an ethernet cable and grabbed the intel drivers:

 sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel

and afer a reboot it boots into the GUI wihtout problems.

Typically when you get the shell instead of the GUI there is an issue such as drivers or acpi among others. Safe boot many times can get you into the system using the livecd.
