Hi!
I just discovered your distribution and I'm considering installing it
at my Microsoft Surface Pro 3, currently running Windows 10 Pro. I
would like the dual boot mode.
Do you know if this hardware would be supported?
Thanks and regards!

Yes, Q4OS is based on Debian and can definitely support a dual boot with Win10.
Forgive this older article as it discusses Ubuntu but it will give you a quick look at a dual boot install.

Ubuntu is also Debian based and this install was done on an older version 14.10 that uses an older kernel, and it went fine.
Take a look at this Windows installer for Q4OS, http://q4os.org/dqa014.html

I haven't had a SP3 in a little while, but when I got rid of mine, the support looked like:
Touchscreen worked perfectly
Pen could be made to work, out of the box it functioned as a stylus, but not as a full pen.
Type cover keyboard worked perfectly
Type cover touchpad worked as a basic mouse, but no gestures or multi-touch worked
Sound worked
Video worked
I never got the Accelerometer to work even a little bit.
