Meltdown patch cpu performance Windows 10

This was the best article available with performance tests on the Meltdown patch( for Windows 10). Hopefully we will see similar for Linux with a wide look at peformance. This will give you an idea of what to expect and as I thought the performance hit isnt as bad as expected but its bad with some and actually improves with a few.
