Wobbly

Wobbly windows .... anyone.....?
Also need to tame my mouse-wheel desktop changer its very aggressive - need to slow it down

If you have not already done so, open terminal /Konsole and type:-
sudo kcmodules  --unlock

This will give you access to the full set of configuration tools in Control Centre - Window Behaviour>Translucency will get you to the sort of place you may like.
