If you install the XPQ4 theme you will see small black arrows which do not nor are supposed to be there. Look at the Start Button. There is no reason to have a little black arrow on the Start button. Please fix this.

You can of course adjust it to your liking, that's one of the great things with Q4OS (and Linux in general) you are free to make your OS want you want it to be.

Yes - it has.
If you take a look at a stock install, and hover your mouse over the start button then the same little black arrow appears.
Obviously a mouseover effect - I had taken a look at various UI config options but didn't find anything blindingly obvious that would switch it off - certainly not in the normal config tools.
Mouseover seems to appear in a large number of config and lib files - life's just too short..............
