Linux Journal ceases publication
Its a sad day as they end what has been a great run since 1994. Hopefully their archives will survive.

Been down this road myself with videogames.com back in the old days, then Viahardware.com, followed by Gamespy.com and distroratings.com. Its tough particularly when your in debt and cant even offer subscribers their money back.
I miss many of the older sites, particularly the gaming sites, like firingsquad.com.
