Touchpad Configuration

How does one configure touchpad settings in Q4OS?

I see Mouse under settings:/Peripherals/, yet I'm not finding any options to configure sensitivity, natural or inverse two-finger-scrolling, etc. for a touchpad.

Re: Touchpad Configuration

Alright, so I found this: https://wiki.debian.org/SynapticsTouchpad

It seems that by using `synclient` and modifying "/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf" I can get nearly the behavior I want, however I'm still not getting the two-finger and three-finger click to work properly.  Seems that they're inverted either way I set the values.  Further I haven't been able to get PalmDetect working quite right yet...  Will keep going.

Before asking for help please read this topic: https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3502   If you have problems with WiFi network, try to install the Network Manager using Q4OS Software Centre.

Re: Touchpad Configuration

So that was somewhat helpful, but the touchpad configuration on this unit is proving to be a real problem.  I can't seem to get the palm detection to work just right, even though this has seemingly worked rather well on distros like Manjaro Cinnamon wherein it has touchpad config tools that make it markedly easier to tweak the settings.  Any ideas for a very good touchpad configuration utility that offers a graphical interface?

Re: Touchpad Configuration

As you said: It seems that by using `synclient` and modifying "/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/60-libinput.conf"
then look for

Option "ScrollMethod" "twofinger"
