Spotify with Q4OS?

I am confused (and perhaps also lost). Last year, I installed Spotify and even posted about how nicely it ran on my laptop (4gb memory). This year I installed using Flatpak (and from terminal) but it refuses to run. The initial window opens, I get 3 dots near the top, and then the window closes. The Spotify site says it should run fine with 1GB or more (I am using 3gb). I tried rebooting but continue to get the same results. Does anyone else run Spotify with Q4OS?

UPDATE: It fails the same way when using Free10 version of Q4OS.
