Hot spot issue

Hello
How to make hot spot transparent?
I have printer with wi-fi hardware and I connect it to network with dhcp adress.
I need adress from local network 192.168.2.155 but hot spot have adress from range 10.*

I'm not sure I understand your question.
Do you want to connect your printer having a fixed IP address 192.168.2.155 to a network having IP addresses in the range 10.xxx.xxx.xxx?

Respond to Your's question yes, but keep this in mind that my DHCP server is in network with adress 192.xxx.xxx.xxx.

Sorry, this case is beyond my knowledge. Maybe something to configure on  your 10.xxx.xxx.xxx router.
