previously i When used Q4OS Andromeda (Plasma) ( debain 13 distro ) i thought the debian 13 became stable and tried to install it.
what i felt that it was laggy and Browsers like mercury (Fork of Firefox were not Installing) Due to some reason ,
And i also sensed that ui is buggy ( due to Complete Shift From X11 to Wayland )
what i wish to know is whether it is the right time to shift to Andromeda from Aquarius ( Plasma , i am using LTS one),
also i don't know if there is way to just update the distro like windows(10 --> 11) ? ; but i know that i can copy (~/home ) directory and paste it in the new distro is there any efficient way to do it ?
can just change the KDE plasma Alone while being in debian 12 ?
(PS: I know that Q4OS constantly updates it iso files in website with new and stable changes i just want to know if the right time and need a correct method
and i am thankful for devs to make such a great , simple and effective distro)

Yes Q4OS-6 is stable and LTS, based on stable Debian 13 Trixie.
If you are happy with your Q4OS 5 Aquarius setup there is no reason to move, just make use of supported Q4OS 5 Aquarius OS. You only need to update your system to get the latest version:
$ sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade
