Q4OS-6 Andromeda or debian .....

Hello everyone,

I'm using Q4OS-6 Andromeda X11, which seems to be working well.

I use TimeShift for backups and I wanted to use the MX-Linux snapshot (setup_s4-snapshot-extq_1.1-a1.qsi) that I already knew. This allows for unified installations.

What I've noticed is that restoring the snapshot no longer shows Q4OS-6 Andromeda at boot, but Debian-13, and I don't know why.

Apart from this, everything works correctly.

How can I restore Q4OS-6 Andromeda at boot instead of Debian?

Sincerely,

Edit "/etc/default/grub" file, modify the line "GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR" to your needs and run in terminal:
$ sudo update-grub

Re: Q4OS-6 Andromeda or debian .....

Hello
Thank you for your help, but I wasn't getting what I wanted, so

I took the GRUB file from the installation ISO and it works fine.
