I found version 0.3.3 and 0.3, but for both manuals there is no date that can confirm with certainty which is the most up-to-date.

Isn't there a single manual(pdf or doc) that contains all the information present in those different links?

When I need a doc or pdf version of one or more web pages, I copy its/their contents and paste it/them in a word processor.

There have been attempts in the past to create a single guide, but this is not currently the case.

It's just my opinion but if that information was presented in wiki form, it would make such endeavor a lot easier (I'd suggest TiddlyWiki as the least effort path for this)...
