(Solved) Problem with video in VLC

Hi everyone, I have a problem with videos, if I watch a movie with VLC the video is pixelated, but if I watch it with mpv Media Player it is fine, where can I intervene to solve the problem, thanks

I apologize but I think I solved it, basically I had to disable hardware acceleration in preferences, thanks
