Ksensors monitors system temps, system voltage, fan speeds and can control fan speed/fan curve.

To my knowledge its no longer supported and hasnt been updated in well over 10 years, so depending on the hardware you have and kernel version your results may be mixed.

CPU-X is a much better system info  monitor similar to CPU-Z in Windows that gives you detailed info on your system but doesnt control fan speeds. Its available thru the repositories and Flatpak.
