Low-res screen problem!

HI,This is my Dell latitude 2100. Kanda old laptop right?
So,i just scerch google what the best linux for this thing.
And found this.I want this gonig work for maybe just try to use linux?

After finesh install, And select Full feature and let it done.
I just discover from screen scaling

i can't click 'ok' cuse it's goes too low from screen. i can't even see it.

i'm just begener for linux, So i just try basic things like 'hide panels'

it's work! But What to olther.
Just same problem in bigger windows.

I dont have olther monitor,So i just can't do anything with it.
And after 'screen scaling' i make it lowest ever that i can do
or any possible ways i can think at this time.(in contorl panels)
How ever it just does'nt make any diffrent,And i have no idea what i'm just doing.

Anyways,in screenshot it's have too much gab in screen.
i can't change anything cuse ok\cancle bottom just all are goes too low from screen.

i just wonder there has olther ways to fix that?
If it's no anyways to do that,It's fine.
