I would like to know your opinions on these commands?
It turns out that I have problems with my laptop overheating.
I would like you guys to help me...
Maintenance and cleaning has already been done.
Is it possible that using those commands could improve something?
this is your model

The apps TLP and Thermald may solve your issue as youri7 Vivobook is well known for overheating in Linux. Ive only used Thermald but that was quite some time ago in 2017, but it worked very well.

thanks for the information..the highest temperature recorded +85.0°C
The truth is that I installed auto cpufreq
and my temperature improved a lot with this command and also install TLP and Thermald

Cpufreq was going to be my next suggestion. Was the 85c temp while doing something intensive or just looking around the internet?
What app are you using to find out the temps? Many apps dont read the temps correctly.
Have you looked at whats running in the background such as services to see if you can reduce the overall usage?
Youre down to 46c?

Obviously I was testing the temperature but thanks to the Thermald and CpuFreq application it only reaches +60.0°C no more

Not setting EPP (not supported by system)
Setting to use: "balance_performance" EPB

Average temp. of all cores: 61.00 °C
High CPU load (load average: 3.38, 2.65, 1.47)

Thats a good temp at 60C but the cpu load is still pretty low. Once you get above 20% cpu usage temps are going to rise and hopefully the changes will stop any temp issues.
