How to update from q40s 5.4 to 5.5 (32 bit)

Hi to all, last month I installed q4os 32 bit 5.4 on an old asus eeepc 1101HA (ram 2 giga). Everything works, it's all ok. I'm very happy that is possible to use this old computer on 2024 (even if in basic mode).
Today I turn on the computer and visited q4os website, I read there is a new version, 5.5. Also I read "...automatic update process will take care of the upgrade for existing Q4OS users". I'm a Windows user and I don't know Linux at all, how I can start an update process? Otherwise should I wait that the system alert me for the new update? I haven't received any notifications for an update yet.

Ok I must say sorry to all, after few hours an update notify showed and now I'm using 5.5. Sorry.
