Restore accidentally deleted startup item

New to Q4OS, I used Windows installer, ran profiler for full plasma.
Started going through settings.
There were two autostart items.
First one was welcome window.
I made a mistake by clicking on the minus sign for the second item.
Now can't see what it was!
Ran profiler again - that didn't put it back.
What was it?
And please tell me how to put it back?

It was likely Q4OS Welcome screen. You can add it back with "+" button on the bottom of the dialog.
