Hi!
A few years ago I thought my distro hopping days were over when I settled on Kubuntu. I liked it and learned it, but lately there have been changes I dislike. Configuring a new install to suit my preferences is getting more and more laborious.
Q4OS suits me beautifully. It's lightweight, fast, and the defaults are very close to my liking. The Debian base is rock solid, familiar and comfortable.
I happily paid for this one :-)

Im assuming youre using the Q4OS KDE Plasma version? Indeed its a very nice distro that suits many users.

Yes, I have found that Plasma has lost weight and become very capable over the last few years. It still gives me the retro look I prefer: scrollbars with up/down buttons, cascading menu, and colors that make it easy to navigate and see what window is active.
The TDE version is very nice as well. There was definitely a wave of nostalgia. It may be a better fit for my lower specced laptop, some more testing will tell.
