Add CapsLock fix Right out of the box

That problem isn't fixed yet on any Linux distributives so i guess you can use that script first.

In short - if you fast typing sentence gonna be: HEllo WOrld
To fix that, script was created by github man. Yep i know that easy to install and throw into autorun.
